Found the site on-line. Send an email or two to them with some questions, which were promptly answered. Once I did that I ordered and it was processed at committed. Product is good and exactly what I expected.

My experience went well

My experience went well. One issue I had is that I increased the quantities of the items in my cart on the checkout page. Everything showed the quantities I wanted, however, I forgot to his "update" and so when I received my invoice, the quantities had reverted to my initial numbers, even though the cart showed the new numbers. This is was corrected by customer service and everything went smoothly. I would suggest you update the checkout format so that you have a chance to correct the order before it finalizes the purchase.

One of the best online shopping experiences that I have ever had. The person I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products I was looking to purchase. The shipping time from California to New Jersey was 2 days from the day I placed the order. The product installed easily and worked exactly as described. A wonderful experience! While the price was very good, I suspect that they do not keep a good inventory. It took eight days after placing the order to ship it. The website does not say if an item is in stock or how soon they can ship it.

Very pleased with customer service. I had mistakenly ordered more smoke detectors then I actually needed and realized this shortly after I placed my order. I contacted customer service and they quickly adjusted my order as well as my bill. Thank you for the quick and easy resolution to my mistake.

Very pleased with products purchased. The company had the forethought to include adapters to the ten fire alarms I purchased which were needed. Efficient, easy to use company and would use again without hesitation.
