I purchased 6 smoke alarms initially and then I tried to purchase 6 more but found that now you only sell them in units of 12 so I had to go to someone else for the next order.

Very pleased with customer service. I had mistakenly ordered more smoke detectors then I actually needed and realized this shortly after I placed my order. I contacted customer service and they quickly adjusted my order as well as my bill. Thank you for the quick and easy resolution to my mistake.

Very pleased with products purchased. The company had the forethought to include adapters to the ten fire alarms I purchased which were needed. Efficient, easy to use company and would use again without hesitation.

I was very pleased with the unit. It was a replacement for one that was about 18 years old and although it was a different model number, it had all the same features and an adapter to fit my existing plug. Great service and fast delivery. Thanks.

electricbargainstores.com is wonderful! The pricing is amazing & customer service is always prompt & courteous. My only complaint is that the processing time is usually longer than expected (time from placing order to day of shipping is 3-5 days, when it shouldn't be more than 2, IMO).

Not elecricbargainstore's fault, but you can't rely on USPS's estimate for delivery of item, which arrived 3 days later than estimated. So if timing is important to you, you may wish to keep this in mind.

It was very easy to find the exact item I needed, with a couple of clicks it was ordered. It came in about a week, and it was an exact match to what I already had, installation took 45 seconds. Very good experience, I will use them again...soon!
