Quick and easy, took the model & manufacturer info from our smoke detectors and found replacements on your website (with conversion kits due to their age - 17yrs) and placed our order. I recently ordered a smoke alarm replacement from EBS and again, received what I ordered in a timely manner. Actually, EBS emailed me shortly after I placed my order online to let me know that they did not have the alarm readily available and that I had the choice to wait for the alarm or cancel my order, which I viewed as very good service. I chose to keep my order since I had ordered alarms from EBS twice previously and within a short period of time, I received the alarm that I ordered. I would highly recommend EBS to all.
