I received my order a lot quicker then usual when you use ground shipping. The newer model smoke alarm was as advertised. Replacement took only 10 minutes. I will recommend these guys to my friends.

My item was out of stock, but it was handled well and shipped just a few days later. I thought your automated back-order system was good. It gave me the option to cancel if I chose. Price was the best I could find and shipping was reasonable, which is not always the case to Alaska.

We paid for Overnight delivery. They shipped the package 1 day later and did not meet the delivery date.

We ordered lights that we thought would fit our Juno light bar. We did call before ordering, but the lights did not fit.
We paid shipping both ways and I think that is normal but the restocking fee is out of line.
