Purchased replacement smoke detectors. Prior to purchase contacted customer service to make sure I was buying the right model. Representative was very helpful and explained in detail what I needed. Delivery was fast and install was very simple.

Got the smoke detectors I ordered quickly and all were in working order. The big advantage of the detectors I ordered from you is they had adapters for the electrical connections so they were a direct replacement for the old detectors with no rewiring necessary. That was a big plus for me.
