Special ordered two Juno down lights. I've never purchased anything from the electricbargainstores but few other sites offered this particular model. Having never done business with EBS made me a little uneasy, but I was happy to find any source at all for these lights. My concerns were short-lived. Their website made shopping easy, the price was very competitive and communications were excellent regarding receipt of my order and timing of the shipment. I couldn't be more pleased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from EBS in the future.
I called for more information on the product I ordered. It arrived shortly after my order was placed, in a sealed plastic bag but without the manufacturer's blister pack. Electricbargainstores.com explained they receive the product in bulk for contractors and repackage for online customer orders. They reassured me the product is fully warrantied and offered me a full refund if I wasn't satisfied. Lovely people to deal with exceptional customer service.
Shipping was 9 dollars. Seemed very high. Light bulb prices were great.
