Delivery took a long time. Would have been nice to have been informed about delivery status along the way rather than have to check in w. Your company.

No issues other than not having COMPLETE information on the website. The customer service rep was able to quickly answer my questions to help me with my issue. Fortunately, I can still use the product as received. Would still use this service - they didn't maliciously exclude information.

Easy to do business with! Prompt service

Very happy with the product and was only disappointed at a slower than usual ship date. They did expedite by one day but I was still waiting for the product to be delivered with an Electrician standing by.

I would recommend Electric Bargain Stores and all my other experiences have been 5 stars.

My experience with Electric Bargain Stores was great. My only issue is that I ordered an extra item which I found out I didn't need. I tried to return the item but they did not accept it because it was outside of their 30-day return window. Other that that, everything was great.
