Unlike other vendors your product line included a much needed and hardly ever mentioned lint filter for our clothes dryer exhaust that has an electric motor because our exit point is so far from the dryer. You appear to be the only site offering both items together and while it costs more, the device is actually "beautifully constructed". Glad I could now have this extra measure of fire prevention on such a long run of duct. Glad I found you, put your information is a convenient and safe spot for my next order. Thank you very much.

The purchase and shipping parts were fine...but the parts did not fit...I was trying to get adapters to go from Firex to Kidde smoke alarms and the description said these would work. The adapters were for something else. I returned them already.

I called Customer Service when our nine year old remote unit no longer worked. Service rep notified me that my unit was obsolete. She then recommended a newer model.
When I received the newer model, I thought, at first, it, too did not work. Again, I contacted Customer Service and was "walked through" the process of introducing a new remote unit.
The new unit works GREAT!
Again, ALL PHASES of this endeavor were EXCELLENT. Price, selection, customer service, and prompt delivery!
