Everything as promised. One piece was back ordered and they called the manufacturer to get a ship date. The rest of the order arrived quickly and the back ordered piece arrived exactly on the date promised. I love the online chat. It was very helpful.

I ordered 48 Juno track light heads. The price was better than anywhere else by quite a bit. I was informed right away that they were backordered for 7-10 days and they wanted to know if I would like to proceed still. I did. The lights came sooner than estimated, so I was quite pleased. I will definitely purchase from Electric Bargain Store in the future.

I ordered (1) Smoke Detector. You sent me TWO smoke identical detectors, yet only charged me for one. I would like to return the one extra detector to you so that your inventory isn't off by one. How would I go about doing that?

I had no negative experiences when purchasing my smoke alarms from Electric Bargain Stores. Initially (after placing my order) they thought they were out of what I ordered but shortly thereafter they found out that they did have them in stock. I received the products only a few days after ordering.
