Fast Service. Perfect product for replacement of older Firex smoke alarms without rewiring.
I had a small issue with delivery time being changed but I was kept in the loop and received faster shipping without the added cost to make up for the change in delivery time.
I had an old smoke detector that finally wore out.
The wesite suggested a newer one that would fit the current wiring.

I ordered what I saw on your internet sight. What I got was what you call upgrade replacement. That is not what I wanted. The order sheet should have asked if I would accept upgrade replacement. I would have said no. I paid for not I wanted but what you think I should have.
If I wanted what you send me I could have bought it locally without the shipping charge.
The reason I wanted the unit show on your internet sight because I did not want replace monting plate or do any rewiring.

The detector was an alternate for the Kidde brand. It went up without any problems.
The under-the-counter lights we have were installed in 2005. Finding replacements for the Xenon lights was not easy. Fortunately, Electric Bargain Stores had them in stock and supplied them in a timely fashion... and I didn't have to pay and arm and leg for them. In fact, just to insure I have enough lights for future burnouts, I've gone back and ordered more.

Great smoke alarm with adapter; exactly as described. Using the adapter is MUCH easier than having to rewire smoke detectors. Had a little trouble "pinching" the tabs on the adapter into place, but a pair of leather garden gloves helped with the extra pressure that was needed.
