Had a terrific experience with the gentleman whose name I can't remember on your chatchatlineline. I was looking for a replacement socket for a can light for my kitchen. The existing one was about 20 years old so it was unlikely I was going to be able to find anything to replace it. I gave him some vague description and he came up with the right item right away. Overall it is easy to buy from your store. However the lack of a tracking email is somewhat annoying. That is my only issue with buying from electric bargain stores.
