All good. Good price, no issues. Delivery was, from order submit to receipt, just over a week. In today's world, that could be faster - especially since it took about 4 days from order to confirmation of shipment. Not bad, just not what you see from other places. Not a complaint, just an observation.

The online ordering process was a bit difficult and I had to speak to customer service to complete what I thought was going to be an on-line order. The first price I saw on-line for the Juno product had increased during the 2 or 3 days it took to make price comparisons and decide to purchase from EBS. I did not realize this, but when i did, I was too deeply invested so I continued. The cost had risen over $60 (about 12%)
When my original order was placed the original amount was submitted it had almost qualified for a $30 credit from Juno. By adding a single track end piece I was able to go over the $500 amount and recovered $30 (about 1/2) of the price increase.
Unfortunately the first order amount was charged to my credit card not the revised changed actual cost. I had to email a request for a credit In the end, everything worked out and the product has arrived. This order was to replace existing Juno Trac-Master product, so that all worked out also. The difficulties with the total ordering process was the reason I did not score EBS higher. Thank you.

I assumed that the product was in stock. It was not and took about 10 days to be delivered. I received no email when I bought the product. I had to call to find out the status, that it would be shipped in about a week.

This was the first time I used your service and was extremely pleased. I had to replace outdated hard wired smoke detectors. The website was easy to use and find the model numbers that needed to be updated and replaced; and ordering on line was easy. The order came within 2 days - I expected it would be at least 5 business days - it was correct and installation went fine.

I needed to find a replacement for a very old unit no longer manufactured. The online "Chat" customer service rep was awesome in helping me find this, and quickly directed me to the links for the proper product to meet fire code in my state
