Ordered on 3/21 and was estimated to be delivered in 3/28. Now the item is only shipped the night of 3/26 and I paid a high shipping cost. No explanation for delay or updated delivery timing.
First of all I was told my order shipped! Then the next day I was told the order was back ordered. I am trying to find out when my order will be shipped after talking to a live operator and was told I will be updated, another lie. I would not recommend this experience to anybody.
I purchased replacement Smoke Alarms for a discontinue Firex model. Your customer service "chat" technician was super helpful in directing me to the correct product. They detectors installed exactly as described. I purchased my first unit to confirm it was the right model; I paid a reasonable price for it. When I ordered the additional four units required, the product was on special promotion. That was even better! I have recommended you and this product to my neighbors in the development, who all need to replace the obsolete smoke detectors in their townhomes.
