We needed to replace all of the smoke detectors in the house, and we didn't want to replace the hard wiring. We looked for the replacement version of our smoke detectors. This company had the product at a fair price and delivered them in a few days. What more could I ask?
The smoke alarms were exactly what we needed. The original ones were continuing to have problems with beeping even after new batteries. They were 20 years old. The good thing is, the new ones came with adapters for a small additional cost. Simply plugged in the adapters to the old wire and the new alarms plugged right in. To change the battery, just open the exterior battery cover. No need to take the detector down. Five minutes to install each one.
The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to research and find a compatible smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide replacement sensor for my house (which was 1 part of a connected unit) even though the specific model needed was no longer available. It shipped quickly and I was able to install it per the instructions with no problems. No complaints.

I asked the online chat support person when to expect my order to arrive and he or she told me 4-5 business days. I made an appointment with the installer for 4-5 days after that. In fact my order arrived, in two separate shipments, 1 week and 2 weeks later than 4-5 business days from when I placed the order. By then, my installer's schedule was full for 2 more weeks. The long delay seemed like a big deal because the items in my order were replacements for the entire lighting systems in the two most heavily used rooms in the house, which had unexpectedly failed. I complained to electricbargainstores.com in my transaction rating. I quickly received a detailed explanation of what had gone wrong and an offer of a significant discount for my order. The chat support person had made an error and gave me the estimated shipping date rather than the estimated arrival date. The second shipment had been delayed due to our recent string of unusually severe winter weather events. Based on the fact that electricbargainstores.com had by far the best price on the items I ordered of any provider I could find (they are high-end items so price is a major consideration) and on the satisfactory response from customer service to my complaint, I've revised my opinion. I recommend electricbargainstores.com and I will turn to them again when I need electrical supplies in the future.
