Took a little longer than expected ordering online, but found old order so I could order additional identical items. The adapter and wiring plate for the smoke/CO alarms made it very easy to replace the 15 year old AC wired alarms in my house.

The delivery time, the overall price, and the products were great. The only problem I had I returned the product (RAB WPLED10 Wallpack 10W LED Lamp, White Light 120V-240V Bronze Color) and until now I don't get a refund yet.

Everyone was very nice and, all stores here the alarms were obsolete and i was worried what to do, thank you for being so helpful with a few phone calls i got what i needed Thank you

Great customer service representative. She was very helpful. The 7 smoke detectors that I was replacing were discontinued, she provided me with an alternative replacement and included plug in adaptors so I did not need to replace the wiring harnesses.
