So far everything has worked smoothly. I chatted with someone who helped me figure out what I needed. Once I get the product, if it works, I will be delighted. We will see.
I received the product one day earlier than they said we would get it. We installed the smoke detectors and they all seem to work fine. These were to replace old smoke detectors that were installed when the house was built. The person who helped me on the chat gave me the correct information on which replacement smoke detector we needed to use as they no longer made the one that was initially installed. So far, very pleased with everything about this purchasing process.
