Website was great, prices are competitive...just wish EBS sent out a shipping confirm with tracking info. Also, processing time is a little longer than most electric vendors on-line
Excellent service and excellent products! However, I made a mistake ordering the wrong light bulbs (this was my error, not EBS's). EBS responded immediately and was extremely helpful in resolving my mistake. They even sent me a link to the "correct" light bulbs I needed and I placed a new order. The new order arrived as promised and the bulbs work perfectly. EBS is now assisting me in returning the "incorrect" bulbs. A very pleasant experience using this company. I look forward to using them again.

The order was placed on Saturday, 5/4, and was not sent out until 5/8. It was supposed to be sent 2nd Day Air, but it was sent UPS ground. The delivery is scheduled for 5/15. The shipping cost was ~ $15, awfully pricey for an 11 day ordering process. You really need to do better!

My experience was overall very good, pricing was good, customer service was great. But the lead time on the order was a little to long in my opinion...11 days from purchase to delivery. When ordering again I will have to take this into consideration being that I purchase for Marriott properties.
