They confirmed the balance of a card I offered and accepted the card from me, processed it and sent payment and then challenged the payment through PayPal, leaving me with a negative balance in my PayPal account. They never contacted me about any problems, and no problems with the card were reported on my ejgiftcards account. I said as much in my response to the PayPal case. PayPal decided the case in my favor and returned the money to me. I will never use their service again and have warned everyone I know to never use them.
REPORT THEM, SHUT THEM DOWN! NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS, THIS SCAM PLOT IS RAN BY ONE FAT LAZY INDIVIDUAL!
They just stole an iTunes gift card from me. I entered in the correct info on the card. They accepted and processed it. Then stole the card and didn't give me any payment. They claim I didn't provide a "receipt". I can assure you they don't ask for a
Receipt. What would that even mean? Clearly you don't get a purchase receipt when you get a GIFT card. Ugh... Ridiculous! My best friend is a lawyer so hopefully these crooks will be shut down soon.
I sold them a $190:00 gift card. I was paid through PayPal. It took 2 days. Thatss the fastest payment out of any gift card company.
They will take your money and run. They never return calls or emails. Dont give in! They have people constantly posting fake positive reviews. They are scammers!
TOTALLY FRAUDULENT! I purchased a gift card, charge went through, however there was no email receipt or receipt of purchase on my profile. This is extremely frustrating as I was linked to this website through a reputable discount giftcard site. Emailed them immediately and no response. I ended up having to cancel my credit card and dispute the charge. People who make sites like this are disgusting. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and FBI-Internet Fraud.
Also, the fact that they advertise this "TrustPilot" site on their webpage makes all of the positive reviews highly suspicious that they're from people affiliated with the company.
Lastly, there was a spelling mistake after my error message for my "order" (AKA when they stole my money). Reputable sites don't misspell.
Took my money and ran. No reply to emails or phone calls. Disgusting to see these lowlifes writing fake vouches to gain new customers to rip off.
DONT SELL TO THEM. This is a big scam, they pay a small percentage of customers and the rest are being scammed and not bothering to speak out. NEARLY ALL the positive feedbacks all over the web are written by staff, you can see 10 positive reviews appear in 15 minutes with brand new accounts. You have been warned.
