I bought a H&M gift card on May, but when I used it on the same day, the balance showed zero. I claimed several times, but no responses since. Really a theft company.
Do not use this company. I sold them $300 in gift cards 2 weeks ago and have not received my payment. When iij checked the balance on those gift cards, they have 0 dollars o them, so EJ gift cards depleted the balances and walked away without paying me a cent! I've seen so many reviews with this same problem since I looked further into the company. There has to be some way to have them shut down and held accountable. I personally have filed theft charges.
I sold over 1000 in card never got paid when I went to use cards I sold them since I Didn't get paid they were 0 balance
I sold my hotels.com gift card to en gift cards and it has been over a week now with no payment from the company! You cant call their customer service line it only rings once then to voicemail.

They use "BIG" discounts to attract buyers attention. After collecting your personal and credit card information, your purchase will be "canceled" without any explanation. I have been triggered twice. Strongly recommend replacing your credit card like I did if you experience the same.
DO NOT SELL GIFT CARDS VIA THIS SITE. I sold a gift card to them - gave them the information and everything. I was not paid. Weeks went by. I emailed to follow up several times, but was always reassured that I would be paid soon. The most recent email I received from them said I would be paid on Friday. That was more than a week ago. I was not paid, and no one has responded to my emails since. I cannot sell my gift card elsewhere because they have the info and could either sell it or use it.
This has been an annoying, time-consuming, and frustrating experience. Don't be fooled like I was. Use Raise or ebay, or somewhere else more legitimate.
I purchased 2 gift cards, both had 0 balance when i attempted to use it the day of purchase. I opened a claim but the claim was resolved without giving me any explanation or refund, and they are not responding to the multiple emails i sent them
This site sells empty gift cards and does not reply to any inquiries at all. I tried contacting them for 2+ weeks with no response at all from them. Their guarantee is bogus when you cannot contact them at all to dispute.
I bought a gift card and when I tried using it the SAME day the vendor said it had already been fully used/emptied the day before I even bought the card!
They do not check the balance before they email cards. When there is a problem with other gift card companies they immediately refund the money. This company sends you a resolution email and says they will refund the money in 14 business days and then never refunds the money. I have to dispute the charges through the credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. CHECK THE BBB SITE. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAPPENS TO.
Sold them a gift card and was never paid for it. Doesn't respond to emails. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
