Don't trust souq.com the service level is very bad, Very bad service, I placed my order on 24th of Dec and suppose to get it by 3rd of Jan, till now nothing has been done and even the order it is still showing that it is in (Order Placing) Stage, it is useless as customer service even they are telling you it is better to cancel the order.

Horrible experiance

Website full of junk, 3 orders that i make after few weeks i get an email that they cannot fulfill the order, when you call customer service they are not capable of solving problems they just apologize, after service is also not reliable

Bad experience

I have a very bad experience with souq.com, they will not give you any update in case the delivery is delayed. Delays can happen due to various factor, but response to customer is very important about the delays.

Unreliable service

I ordered an item for Christmas. When it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later, I followed up with calls. My order was then cancelled by Souq saying the seller didn't have the product in stock. This should never have happened. You shouldn't be allowed to take money for something that doesn't exist.

I bought a Targus laptop bag and after one month the handles came a part. Souq customer service replied that they can not return a product after 14 days!
Even if it is a defected product?! Really!
Their main target now is to close the ticket and i am keeping opening it.

Really awful customer service..

I made a purchase with my credit card and they have deducted 3114 are from my account. I haven't received any order confirmation. I checked with them they told me that they haven't received the money. I provided all the proof but still they don't have any solution for that. Worst customer care. They don't have any I formation regarding the issue. Still in fighting to get my money. Cheaters. Don't buy anything from them. Fraud company.

Yesterday I placed order no ************** it was showing 10 units available today they sent email saying order cancelled?, Please beware of fake Souq.com.

Customer satisfaction is zero important for Souq.com

They left mt son with table tennis bats and balls and failed to deliver the table after 3 promises and 3 failed attempts. Qexpress are so bad you are better to buy it in a shop and get it delvered rathetr tah go through their failed delivery service.

Many calls, SMS and 3 days of Christmas wasted because of their incompetence. I hope you don't have such a bad experience but don't bet on it.

I gave it 1 star because I coulsd not give it NONE

No delivery. No refund.

I ordered from Souq.com on the 7th December and the items were meant to be delivered by the 12th. Of course, that date came and went with no delivery. I cancelled the order a day later and I haven't heard anything abut processing of the cancellation. It is now the 24th December. I receive no help when I email. They just send the generic computer generated responses. Awful service. Don't buy from this company.

Very disappointed with refund system, since 1 month souq.com didn't returned my money, with repeated follow ups iam getting hopeless, people nver order online incase you need to return or refund forget it they wont pay you back.
My order # ************** returned same day last month but till now no refund, service so pathetic beware.

I ordered from Souq 3 times.
-Ordered a small table, it arrived intact and on time. Quality was as promised.
-Ordered a pair of headphones and a pair of shoes. Shoes turned out to be too large.
Returned and received refund within a week. (Courier Q-express)
-Ordered two pairs of shoes. Again, arrived intact and on time.

So far everything worked out. If you have ordered from Souq and now questioning your life choices, don't despair just yet! Remember that, the thousands of folks who got their order without problems, they don't leave reviews. Only the disappointed folks voice their problems, but they are very much the minority.

So I hope you fall into my category, the satisfied folks, and I pray that I myself will never be the unfortunate person.

Bunch of thief's

They charged twice for an order
And when asked for refund they told that they have done the refund, but my bank confirmed not,
Therefore i made a dispute and waited for 4 months and i got back my money

Bunch of liar

Additional to that, their items are not stored in a good place, most of their items had damage

BEARE of Souq.com, if you return the item they will not return your money coz they want it to spend on their site. The worst online shopping in GCC. I buy a 17inch laptop bag and what I got is 15inch low quality different brand laptop bag. I return the item but they don't return my money. Until now I did'nt get back my money. BOught a Smart watch for my daughter, came as faulty and no proper warranty card, made a return request, accepted and product will be picked up in 2 working days, 13 days have passed. Recived 6-7 messages pick up arrange for today and guess what no one shows up.
Made repeated calls and spoke with multiple people in customer service and supervisor thrice advised delivery arranged and out to be picked up today and guess no one shows up.
There policy of free return and pick up is a fake and misleading...

Horrific

I have received 4 smses within 4 days saying my package will be delivered. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

They talk about keeping the customer happy, what a joke. I will never order from souq.com again, I will be sure to tell all my friends about this too.

This is NOT how a company works.
Get your $#*! together.

SOUQ is both GOOD and BAD

Well, I have been in Dubai from last 5 years now and have purchased from Souq.com many times. My experience has been from Very good to Bad. Good only if you buy from genuine sellers (prefer only "fulfilled by souq.com") otherwise there is no guarantee the product will be genuine. I received fake JBL speaker and had to return it. But the Bad starts here - the customer care is very lousy. No proper coordination amongst the different departments. They wont allow you to put a review for the bad seller so other buyers are warned not to buy from this seller. This is really not done. They would just cancel and refund, which I guess is not sufficient. Now then why to buy from Souq? Is the question - definitely the PRICE. So the suggestion is to buy only from "fulfilled by souq.com" sellers or from the Brand stores (Souq.com has many now). For perfumes on Souq.com, I would strictly advise to buy only from "dod_uae" seller which is a genuine and guaranteed by Souq.com.
