Ordered flowers for my wife for delivery on her birthday. Didn't arrive when they said they would. Obviously not going to get delivered on Sunday either... Not very happy. Will not be using e-florist again. Appalling service, avoid at all costs!

I live in Western Australia where we are enjoying an enviable lifestyle at present without Covid restrictions. After recent conversations with family members in the UK who are struggling at the moment I wanted them to know that they are thought of and loved.
