E-florist literally rescued me from missing an important family members birthday. I had been planning to drop off a birthday present but a last minute change to plans meant I needed a same day flower delivery to save me from looking like I had forgotten! There are 2 friends that are going away at Christmas that I won't see. I therefore decided it would best to send some flowers early so they could appreciate them before they went away. I ordered Monday lunch time and both bouquets were delivered before lunch on Tuesday. I lead a busy life so was so pleased I could order one day and they could be delivered the next. Great service, great flowers. I've already received a call about one bouquet and she's absolutely buzzing.
I have used this flower delivery several times. It is easy to order. Flowers are good. Only once the flowers were delivered on the wrong day. But we're rectified straight away with another delivery on the correct day with no charge. I am continuing to use as I am happy with their service

Ordering was very easy and good options for Christmas. I had already looked at another companies website and didn't like the look of any of their options so was happy to find something I loved at eflorist.
I have ordered from them for my Gran before, so although she won't receive these until closer to Christmas, I am confident they will look as lovely as they did for my last order.

Promise of a Sunday delivery was not adhered to. Message on the Sunday (delivery day) was received by DPD saying would deliver on Monday (late). Phone lines are closed from 3pm on Saturday and email sent said replies are 48 hours.
There was only one bouquet available for Sunday (next day delivery) and lots of choice if I waited until Monday.
I would suggest to anyone do not use the next day service over the weekend as there is no opportunity to rectify.
Beautiful flowers but INCREDIBLY small, nothing like the description/picture advertised. Incredibly upset by this. Dead flowers with mould also put in the bouquet! £40 bouquet looks more like £3 from a garage. Very disappointed!

I have used this company a lot & have received flowers myself from them as a gift from my relatives. Alway good quality flowers which last up to 2 weeks. Flowers are always as per the photo chosen from the Web site. Free chocolates are always a welcome treat & are good quality. This company are not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for, in my opinion. Keep up the good work.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
