I decided to order my mum some flowers to cheer her up aswas stuggling emotionally looking after her partner who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
I saw this beautiful bunch and that it was same day delivery and so i purchased them. They arrived within a couple if hours and were stunning. She was over the moon.

I ordered a bouquet for a friend on losing her father. Flowers were delivered last Wednesday, went to visit her two days later and the roses in the bouquet were wilted and dying. Soooo disappointed. Wont be using again...

Absolutely amazed with this florist! It was my aunties birthday but i fell poorly the day before and having to isolate iv not been allowed to do what i had planned. I woke up panicking thinking iv nothing for her birthday when i came across this company om the inernet. So many flowers to choose from. Picked and paid for the flowers of my choice and within a few hours of paying they were delivered to her door. My auntie rang to say how beautiful they were and she cant believe how many flowers there are. I went for a medium sized and she said shes got 2 vases full and all are lovely flowers. So 2 happy people from 1 order.

Hi all i know is the flowers were for an anniversary present.
The delivery was late and the box was damaged.
I have complained to the delivery company.
I am ashamed to say I am totally ignorant about flowers... a couple of days ago I posted a one star review saying how disappointed I was that my daughter in Canada had received a 'mixed bouquet' consisting of some white roses amongst green foliage although the photo on the website showed a colourful selection of blooms... last night she messaged me to say one of the green buds had opened and was blue, so obviously the flowers have yet to open! I am so sorry for being too quick to judge.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
