I bought multiple gifts from this company to deliver to family in UK. I live in New York and have to call the recipient long distance to find out if they received them. It is very difficult to track deliveries - they give you a tracking number through a different company called Yodel, but they still need a post code. Had to look up emails for each confirmation for each delivery to figure out which post code matches which delivery. Shouldn't they know that? Could not find a way to look up all my orders on the eflorist site. Will never use this company again
They look nothing like the pictures. Expected better.! Only plus point was the delivery was on time.
Flowers do not look as per image, sent as a Christmas present as has arrived in a shockingly horrible fashion looks like something you would pull out the local park what a waste of money and waste of a Christmas gift should be ashamed, looks life half has been left at the shop
Ordered a bouquet for a grave, they came, looked nothing like the photo, very small. Bought some other bunches from a supermarket for £3&£4 and they were the same size as the bouquet I paid £25 for, have posted a comparison photo. Will not be ordering again. What a waste of money right before Christmas.

Sister in Law had to cancel Christmas visit to us at the last minute due to her positive Covid test. Ordered the flowers Thursday morning. A beautiful bouquet arrived Friday morning. Superb service. Happy sister.

Flowers were left on the front step, even though recipient was at home. No notification was placed in the letter box. The box was crushed and opened. The flowers inside were wilted, and there was even slugs crawling inside. This is the second time I have used EFlorist and been disappointed. I will not be using them again. A complete waste of money.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
