I have used eFlorist on many occasions, the flower arrangements are always first class with beautiful colors and contrasts in flowers. Very reasonable prices, always delivered on the date asked for with a lovely box of chocolates.

I love florist. They are simple to use. The flowers, themselves are fresh and long lasting. The business post the flowers, which means it is a very safe business to use. I rate them very highly. One thing I would say is that I have overseas friends living here and I would love to send a message in their native tongue, but the message has to be in English. I do understand this, as it would be impossible to check every message for anything untoward.

Absolutely appalled at the quality of these flowers! I sent these to our elderly Mum, because due to COVID she will be on her own this Christmas. The photos below are what she received this morning!
Nope. Definitely would NOT recommend. When I placed my order, their system crashed and I was told my order hadn't gone through. My order was still in my 'cart' so I hit send again. However, the original order had gone through so it then duplicated. I contacted E Florist right away via their contact section, only to receive two automated, set paragraph emails, stating that I was too late to stop the order, covid, Christmas, not enough time etc. they hadn't even read my email properly or taken time to address the issue. I have sent an official letter of complaint before I take this higher. Won't be using these people again and do not recommend
Just an update, following my threat to take the matter to the Ombudsman, I received a further email confirming that my duplicate order had been cancelled and a refund had been processed. A refund was applied to my credit card within 48 hours of their email. Satisfied with outcome but didn't exactly get an apology
I received my 2 bunches of flowers this morning, all buds. They will make my mother happy when flowers open. Chocolates with 1 bunch too. I will recommend your service to others. Thank you
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
