I am in Atlanta, Georgia, US, and ordered flowers to be delivered in Oxford, UK. It was easy to order online, they came the next day, and they are beautiful, exactly what I wanted! Also, they used a florist in The Covered Market in Oxford, which is great.

I ordered flowers for my friend in the UK they arrived a day late withered and broken I have thrown out better after 2 weeks the box that was supposed to protect them was squashed like something had been on top of them I and my friend were so disappointed and to say I paid 45 euro for them is disgusting

Due to Covid I was unable to spend my dearest friend's 80th birthday with her.
The next best thing was to send her some flowers to let her know I was thinking of her.

Quite disappointed in the flowers. I took a size bigger than the regular size to have a decent amount of flowers but it's just not what I had. There was supposed to be a mix between white and purple flowers, there's barely any purple ones.
It's a shame because the service has otherwise been great (delivery the next day and good communication by mail).
I was looking to send flowers to a special friend for her birthday and happened across eFlorist. Not having used before I found the site easy to use and what appears to be good value for money. Since my order I have seen a delivery from eFlorist to someone else I know and the flowers were lovely.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
