Didn't arrive for 2 days

Emailed 3 times, no reply and no live chat function and no phone number

Got asked for a review before the flowers had even been delivered
I would stick with interflora next time

I am in Atlanta, Georgia, US, and ordered flowers to be delivered in Oxford, UK. It was easy to order online, they came the next day, and they are beautiful, exactly what I wanted! Also, they used a florist in The Covered Market in Oxford, which is great.

Dead flowers

I ordered flowers for my friend in the UK they arrived a day late withered and broken I have thrown out better after 2 weeks the box that was supposed to protect them was squashed like something had been on top of them I and my friend were so disappointed and to say I paid 45 euro for them is disgusting

Disappointed!

Due to Covid I was unable to spend my dearest friend's 80th birthday with her.
The next best thing was to send her some flowers to let her know I was thinking of her.
Sadly the flowers were not delivered on her birthday (yesterday) and I have not heard that they have arrived yet today either!
I have however receives 2 emails asking for my review!

So very disappointed as I have used your service many times.

Quite disappointed in the flowers. I took a size bigger than the regular size to have a decent amount of flowers but it's just not what I had. There was supposed to be a mix between white and purple flowers, there's barely any purple ones.
It's a shame because the service has otherwise been great (delivery the next day and good communication by mail).
