I ordered a beautiful bouquet yesterday 20th online, to be delivered to a friend recovering from a serious operation. I admit to being somewhat nervous, not having seen their range in person, only online. Well, they were delivered promptly this morning, and I received a photo via messenger from a member of the household, and they were beautiful beyond expectations. Thank you so much eflorist, for such a wonderful service, delivering happiness to a special lady.
Ordered the medium moonlight bouquet with a vase for my daughters 21st birthday as she loves roses and purple is her favourite colour. Was very disappointed with what I received, it looked more like one of those £1.50 flower bouquet from the supermarket. The bouquet is swinging in the vase as you can see by the picture. Was expecting a bit more of a impact than what I got.

Hello. I´m form Czech republic. My daugther graduated from a university in London. After school, she found a job here. February 8 she celebrates the name-day (this is Czech custom). Hence the flower from mom and dad. We hope she likes it. Excuse me I don´t speak good English.
The flowers looked nice even if a little bit different from the pic on the website but overall was a nice present and was appreciated. I was expecting to see more tulips.
I live abroad and used eflorist to send flowers to loved ones for special occasions. Sometimes they are nice but other times the bouquet is small and unimpressive. On a few occasions, the flowers have died within just a couple of days and any attempts for a refund or to send new flowers have been met with very unhelpful and dismissive comments from their customer services. It's a shame because in the past, eflorist have been good but I won't be using them in the future.

No order acknowledgement given but payment taken immediately. Had to chase eFlorist by email to check order had actually gone through. Flowers delivered on time but MUCH smaller than I anticipated (paid for a large bouquet but received a small-medium bouquet). Would not use again.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
