I received information by email that the recipient was not at home to receive the flowers, and they were left with the next door neighbour.
My reading of the situation is as follows: the individual delivering the gift must have been so courteous that the next door neighbour was clearly charmed to look after the gift until their neighbours would return.
Normally people would be hesitant to do this sort of a favour.

Lovely flowers, but paid the extra to get up to 50 GBP, very small beauquet for the money, was supposed to be making up for a Xmas day birthday which was delayed til January and just didn't do the money justice. Such a shame.
Absolutely disgusted and upset! I sent these to my mum for her Birthday! They look NOTHING like the photo on the website! My mum was really upset I've wasted my money! It spoilt her Birthday. My advice! Save your money, you can buy better for half the price in a petrol garage! I picked 1 star rating because I had to.

I have been living away from home for the past 3 year's and Eflorist have enabled me keep close to family! Every birthday, anniversary, Christmas; their deliveries are always on time. In an event where my flowers were placed at the wrong locating due to my own error on a post code, they sent me a discount code for my next delivery.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
