I absolutely love eflorist. I have sent multiple bouquets, especially like the letterbox flowers. The flowers always arrive well packaged and I love that the flowers arrive "in bud" which means they last so long and bloom over time. I've had multiple thanks from recipient's who are stunned by the long life and how beautiful they are. The website is super easy to use as well so you can send quickly if you are late!
Very happy with the flowers being delivered on time. But, there was no card with them, so the person who received them had no idea who they were from. The person phoned you only to be told that it may take up to 48 hours to find out. Quite disappointed.
I have not had any feed back from the recipient so am unable to comment about the quality of the product. However aspects of this retailers website were found to be so unsatisfactory that i am resolved never to use their services again.
In particular I refer to the retailers offer of a £10.00 reduction to " First Time" customers. Having complied with the necessary formalities which would entitle me to the £10.00 reduction I was directed to the order processing stage.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FURTHER NOTIFICATION OR INSTRUCTION REGARDING CLAIMING THE DISCOUNT.
I proceeded to place my order and was charged the full advertised item price. There was no mention made of applying any price reduction.
Because of compelling circumstances I proceeded to complete and pay for the order at the full price. However after the order was placed and paid for I received an email form the retailer notifying me of the voucher code I needed to quote in order to be eligible for the reduction in price.
I immediately contacted the retailer to explain that I had only been advised of the voucher code after I had placed my order, but my request for a retrospective discount would not even be considered. Retailer was adamant that the voucher code had to be quoted at the time the order was placed, that this, in the circumstances, was impossible was of no concern to them.
I am in no doubt that this is a deliberate attempt to misguide and mislead customers. It does make you wonder what other misleading statements and descriptions are contained on the website. I know I shall not be using their services again

Excellent service: easy web page, reliable and fast service, wonderful fresh flowers. Admittedly not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Always easy to order, used numerous times and the quality and choices of the flowers are too notch.
Very disappointed these were for my daughter and you never included the card really annoyed about that

So I ordered the spring pop flowers as a gift, even for the sale price it was not worth it. Especially because the yellow flowers were missing, and it did not come with the free box of chocolates it was promoting. What did come looked like a child had gone flower picking in the park, my local supermarket flowers would have been better put together and more worth while. Heck I could have made a better bunch buying two bunches of flowers from supermarket for that price.
Used you guys many times and the online service is excellent. The flowers that we received are amazing every time. They last a very long time and are always arranged beautifully.

Perfect Valentines Present for the wife. All of the 100 roses came bunched up amazingly and delivered on time.
I paid extra for delivery and then for it to not come. Should not have next day delivery option if it won't be delivery anyway. As I am writing this review I am still waiting for it. Not great service. Would like something to be done about this.
I have used the eflorist several times and recipients have been delighted. I had to change my order and there was no problem it was dealt with very efficiently and quickly and the flowers and chocolates and teddy delighted my 10 year old grand daughter

Ordering flowers on the eFlorist UK site gave me various choices, both in flower arrangements and cost and also many special offers, which I found very helpful. I find ordering flowers quite difficult, as one doesn't really know, how the flowers will arrive to the recipient. Tracking of the flowers throughout was very informative, up to being informed when the flowers had arrived, which I found very helpful. I received a phone call from the recipient, thanking me for her surprise beautiful bouquet of flowers. She informed me that the delivery company had taken a photo of the box that the flowers were delivered in, as there was a slight split in the box, This confirmed to me, that the delivery company were concerned that the flowers should be delivered in first class condition. His concern was whether the stems of the flowers had been damaged. We shouldn't have worried, as was told the flowers, when opened, were fresh and beautiful. Thank you.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
