I havent received them yet but in the past of orders i have placed and received they have all been wonderful. Everything about them brightens up my wife's day under the currant circumstances of life and cov-19. Will order again. I have no photos for proof but just ordering should be enough.
Great service, my only disappointment was the end result - selected a medium bunch but the flowers that arrived were very minimal (6 flowers in total) - see attached picture - I just hope they bloom nicer

Whilst I did not expect an exact replica of the flowers I chose, I did expect to see something similar. On arrival the lack of foliage in the flowers made it look pathetic and I am so disappointed in the end product.

I was embarrassed and disappointed at the Flowers that my wife received, I specifically chose eFlorist because of the quality of flowers and the service.
The flowers received looks like it was purchase from a petrol station, the only difference was it came in a nice box. This was supposed to be a special occasion, the flowers spoil the occasion.
The flowers on the web site bears no relation to the flowers received, therefore remove the pictures.

Flowers not delivered on time for a family members birthday. Not happy poor service. Order made two days ago.
Lovely flowers but I bought a 'large' bouquet and it only had 10 flowers. Not impressed. I hate to think what a small bouquet must look like…
I rally felt ashamed that my friend received such a poor quality branch of flowers for her birthday.
The picture in the website is not reflecting the reality
The branch had only 8 flowers compare to the picture of spring Daze where had many flower. I have attached the picture for comparison.
In addition the chocolate box only include 4 chocolate ( worth £10? Really?).
I bought some flowers for my friends after losing their dad. They arrived promptly the next day. The flowers were in bud as promised and exactly as advertised.
Good delivery on time but the flowers look disappointing for the money i paid extra for the larger bunch of flowers but doesn't look many the definitely not worth the money. Let's hope they last more than a few days as I've had this problem with other online florists hence trying this company
Sent these flowers to my Daughter as she and her partner and 2 of my Grandkids have Covid. Thought they cheer her up a tiny bit. Arrived on time and for the price I think they look fabulous. No problems at all.

She was very surprised but very happy, she is going throug a lot at the moment so the beautiful flowers cheered her up so much. All actions were dealt through my email address so cannot provide proof of payment or postage.

It was important that the flowers were delivered the day we ordered them and that is exactly what happened. Our relatives were thoroughly delighted with them and said that they added to the joy of becoming grand parents to a new baby boy the day before.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
