We ordered from eflorist for my sister-in-laws 60th birthday so we chose to add a small bottle of prosecco. She was delighted with her flowers, chocolates and bottle of prosecco which were delivered to her door on her birthday and looked amazing and smelt beautiful the flower stayed fresh and looking good for almost 2 weeks. Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
