Good, robust service from efax. It was a shame i couldn't cancel it without ringing them up. Not cancel option of the website. When I did cancel I spoke with a very friendly customer service guy working from home (John B). Very helpful and completed my request efficiently.

Needed to send some faxes urgently due to covid-19, service worked but no longer needed. Emailed to cancel and got confirmation back same day, i was offered a discount but declined as my use is totally over. If needed i will sign back up, thanks efax - Simon

I am using the service for many years now and I was never disappointed. Works really good comparing to other services I was trying and the support team is so far the best I had to deal it by now. They offer very fast resolution all the time and I think they are very well trained. I would definitely recommend it to everybody.

I opened an account with this company last month. Without notice it was suspended and they took my money out of my bank account without providing the service I signed up for. I called Customer support who told me that if I wanted to reactivate my account, I would have to provide them a copy of my bank statement along with a copy of my debit card. Reference numbers ******* and *******. This is not an ethical company. Do not use.

Signed up for the "free" 10 day trial. Sent a test fax and was charged $10. Apparently they have a spend down thing where they automatically charge your card a minimum of $10 when you fax to cover any overages you may have at the end of the month. This was day 2 of free 10 day trial at the charge appeared... so I called to cancel... have to cancel by chat recording said. Took me 20 minutes to cancel on chat because of all the upselling they tried to do. Ugh..

We do not currently offer a 10 day trial but do offer a 14 day free trial of our eFax "Plus" plan consisting of a set number of pages or billed duration pages per cycle as indicated in the customer agreement. I have asked via email and phone call for my account to be cancelled. I was told by the customer service agent that he would cancel my account. 4 months later, I still get bills from them. I just send yet another email telling them to close my account. My next step is to file a complaint with the FCC. I want to give them zero stars but that is not an option on this site.

Great software. Had an issue with customer service at one point, but it was resolved to my satisfaction and I greatly appreciated the effort they put in after the fact.
We do not need this service anymore, but we would likely use again if ever needed.

Really good experience with eFax, needed to send some faxes but now no longer needed. Customer service were very friendly and tried some discounts to keep me as a customer but unfortunately i declined as not needed.

I really give it no stars as they are horrible. This company lied about their policies on cancelling and have very bad service, capabilities and customer service. Stay away is my recommendation as there are many more honest companies around to provide. Just be careful as they lurk behind many names. Anything J2Global is bad would be my guess. They told me if I cancelled I could still use the service as I paid until a date and all the information would be retained... that was a lie. Do not trust this company on any level and certainly with your credit card. I have cancelled the associated card number and requested a new one for my protection. A very, very, bad company.
I wish I could give this "company" negative stars! I also wish I'd been smart enough to look at these reviews before I signed up with them. For starters, their "service" DOES NOT WORK. No matter how many pages you are supposed to receive, you only get ONE, and it's unreadable. Completely WORTHLESS.
On top of that, it's damn near impossible to cancel. Try calling "customer service" - you will be put on hold FOREVER. Any person you wind up talking to has the thickest accent ever, if you know what I mean. No one answers emails. To say this company is fraudulent is the understatement of the century.
I am disputing the charge through my bank, and I cancelled my current card and am getting a new one. No way is this going to happen again!

They gave me another number to call in order to cancel subscription but none ever answered...
No way to cancel online, emails get ignored and they keep charging my credit card. EFax is really really annoying and cheeky. I wanted to cancel my account but there is no option in the member area so I wrote several emails, which all got ignored. Apparently they want to make you call their customer service department which is illegal in Europe. Stay away from those scammers!
They acknowledged receipt of my intent to cancel, but refused to honor it and process a refund. They insisted that I call. I try to call and finally hung up after I had to wait over 45 minutes. Rude customer service. Chat kept transferring me. Phone agent (finally waited to get thru) hung up on me. Even after all of this they refuse to refund.
TOTAL RIP OFF - service doesn't work - long wait time on their customer service line - then they blamed the receiving end for the transmission not working - then I e-mailed to cancel my free trial and got a response days later that "cancellations can only be processed by calling in" so I just called in (am calling my credit card company now to refuse charges from them) and after letting them know all my concerns, the heavily accented service rep had the nerve to try to sell me their eVoice product - SERIOUSLY? DO NOT USE E-FAX!
I used faxonline.com for years with NO issues. They were purchased by EFAx so my account was transferred. I rarely use it, but would like it to work when I do. I tired to send a fax this AM and could not. After 30 mins online with their support I asked a DUMB QUESTION... Are you compatible with MAC'S and to my surprise was told NO WE ARE NOT. WHAT service is not compatible with MAC'S in today's world? Unbelievable... they are as outdated as faxes themselves!
