Received a bad clutch master cylinder. Leaking fluid into the car at the piston rod. 0 miles on the part. Getting them to get me a replacement, issue me a refund, or even get them to respond has been painful. What good is a 2 year warranty if getting a resolution is so painfully slow. One word: Frustrating.

Ordered a vacuum and brake booster line for my 2006 Saab 9-5. Part was affordable and shipped fast. Will continue to use this website.

The shipping said would be delivered on a specific date. I recieved half the product the day before delivery date, and the other half of it the day after the delivery date. Was confused because the order was for 2 of the exact same items. Assumed those would be shipped together, and delivered on the announced date.

Fast shipping but after replacing my plugs and coils I still had an idle issue. After taking it to a mechanic they advised me that the spark plugs were not correct for my vehicle. When they installed the correct plugs there were no more issues.

Don't ship to Hawaii, and can't order either with a Hawaii billing address even with shipping to California unless you use Paypal. PITA.

I have ordered parts from some better known parts suppliers that took longer to get orders to the shippers then it took eEuroparts to get parts to my door. And the interaction with eEuroparts people was better.

Confusion on ship date. Was shipped signature required and cost me a half day of work. Signature required is good policy but could be offered as an option.
