Quick and easy to follow the website and book my flight. The prices were reasonable as well.
My husband purchased 6 tickets through eDreams for a Wizzair flight, which was later cancelled. Despite Wizzair confirming that the refund had been processed and sent to eDreams, we have not received any of the refunds for the tickets. We've contacted eDreams support 100 times through emails and their chat system, but we continue to be ignored or given vague responses. It's been over 3 months, and there has been no resolution to this issue. The complete lack of customer service, communication, and accountability from eDreams is extremely disappointing. We are now being forced to take legal action and report this to consumer protection authorities. I strongly recommend avoiding eDreams at all costs. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

EDreams – Criminals Violating Law and Consumer Rights! Review:
On 29 April 2025, my bank card was charged €119.99 for an "eDreams Premium" subscription without any notice or my explicit consent. This is outright fraud and a blatant breach of consumer protection laws: Violation of Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 9): No clear, affirmative consent for additional payment. Violation of GDPR (Art. 7): No lawful, unambiguous consent to process my payment data. Violation of PSD2 (Art. 62): No Strong Customer Authentication was applied to this online transaction. EDreams are nothing less than criminals who trample consumer rights and ignore the law. I urge everyone to check their statements carefully and dispute any unauthorized charges immediately!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
