Got a nice deal from edreams (flight plus hotel) which I recommend for everyone
So I found Edreams trying to find the best price on a return ticket. By booking was not confirmed even after 2-3 days and I got so disappointed, however, I was asked to book again and the price was similar to what I saw before. My booking was confirmed soon after I booked with email confirmation! I am very happy

When one has to organize at any time travels to various places in the worls, he needs a simple and friendly tool to do it. This is why I choose edreams.
Booking a flight is long and tedious. The site tries to upsell you on dozens of unnecesary things and makes all of the selections super confusing. It intentionally tries to trick you into paying more than you need. During my specific booking experience, I was also automatically signed-up for the free-trial Prime membership even though I checked during the check-out process that this wouldn't happen. The free trial lasts a few weeks and when it ends, they will automatically sign you up for a 12-month contract. The website has NO way of canceling the free-trial or the membership. It also does not show you how eDreams will charge you for the membership. Again, trying to deceive you into thinking this won't renew automatically. The only way to cancel is to CALL their support line and go through a 10-minute call where a support agent tries to convince you to not cancel your membership.
After a bit of an iffy start everything seems to have gone well. Will have to wait and hope all goes to plan.

Simple and fast booking, good prices, easy search, clear and simple forms to fill
Following the indication on the website I selected the (expensive) option to have 1 checked in bag. When I got the final ticket from the air company I had 3 checked luggage and 1 carry on!

Don't buy their membership it is cheaper to buy the tickets without membership

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
