EDreams failed website cost me $400

I attempted to buy tickets from their website multiple times, using my bank's app to authorize payment. Every time (about 5 attempts) the eDreams website told me "transaction failed". So I bought the tickets elsewhere. After that eDreams sent me a confirmation that the purchase DID go through. Now they won't refund money -- in fact, they say they can only charge money they can't refund it. Company is a scam, stay away!

Did not get my literary in 24 hours

It was good comparing the price to other air line. But I should have be able to pick my seats without paying extra, at least pick whatever is allowed to pick within my ticket price. I don't like to sit next to the bathroom. Please don't give me those seats. I need three seats. Thanks

Don't trust them!

I should have known not to trust another online service. This place it terrible. I booked a $600 flight and realized 6 minutes after booking I made a date error. I logged in and changed the error right away and was charged another $544. It was not clear on the website I would be charged, I did not receive an invoice to the extent. I complained and received an invoice refunding the extra money charged, but no money every came. I filed a claim through them to get the money and was denied (so the negative invoice was like a bad joke?). Please don't pay the extra travel insurance money so you can change your flight anytime you want- that is just a tax for the gullible. I have had negative experiences with other online travel agencies, but these guys are the absolute WORST. Funny companies fail to understand spending money to make things right with customers increases profits a lot faster in the end than refusing to part with it. I am filing a complaint with the department of transportation and the airline itself. Airlines should not book flights with these people. It makes them look bad too. Problem faced to change flight date

Although I had purchased the insurance for flight cancelation & changes for all 4 pax but when I tried to change date of flight, I encountered much difficulties and frustrations in the Viet Air website. It required all particulars of every family members even though I had entered our booking confirmation no.
