Booking a flight was confusing, and I was unable to add a check-in bag (website said to do this after confirming booking, but no facility for this appeared.
I'm still waiting for a receipt and a ticket to make sure the booking is complete

Well, the booking Bishkek to Brussels went smoothly, the one from Brussels to Tashkent less so. The booking got stuck, probably because the second leg Riga to Tashkent was not available yet on Uzek Airlines, but e dreams DID NOT TELL SO! So I switched to the slightly more expense all one airline (Baltic) to final destination and that worked. Also since I had to try a few times I noticed that prices fluctuated between 424 and 432 euros going in and out the booking log in...

Didn't like when the price changed instantly especially very near to check out.
Prime membership was not requested, but added.
Now I need to look for a way of cancelation in order to avoid extra payments
I do like the search process quite a lot and the offers are with good prices. Nevertheless, the UI is very cluttered and there are too many emails from where it is tricky to find what is really relevant..

I did not like the idea that the price presented in the beginning was far from what we were charged at the end including seats and luggage for every one of the four legs of the trip, instead an overall price. I even liked even less the idea that when we finished the process of adding costs, there was a point in which we were told that we have to become dream subscribers or else the price would be different (at least, that's how the information was presented).During the whole process, we received again and gain prompts to let us know that we should hurry or the prices would go up. Really? What kind of marketing tactics are these?
I really enjoy the best way I got the flight ticket with all the available information.will

Good service and interface. Important note: need to elaborate the module for the preliminary checking-in (now it's impossible); and also the mob. Application is not working in Latvia (surprisingly).

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
