Service is really good, it is a fact, yet I am not so satisfied with the fact that I have payed for check-in - but afterward the system rejected my request and I am asked to go befor my flight to the check-in office With no explanation! Iis not so comfortable for me. Sincerely,

I made the mistake of booking a trip with eDreams.
As soon as I'd booked, eDreams replied back with a confirmation and all the details were correct - except that a few days later when I went to update information on the airline's site, one of the passengers had actually been booked as a lap infant.
Here began the journey into the astounding levels of incompetence knowns as eDreams "customer service". After - literally - 5 hours of calls, followed by three days of delay and occasional call backs from an agent to tell me they were still working on it, it was resolved that the only way to fix it was for me to book the final ticket directly with the airline. EDreams would, I was promised, reimburse me.
I made the rebooking, and submitted my receipts through the eDreams customer service portal, following the instructions I'd been given. Of course, no response. After several more calls, hours on hold, attempts to submit my receipts through different options, I have finally received a refund - for one of the booking fees and not the actual cost of the new ticket.
I am on hold with eDreams - once again - as I write this, still on a mission to hold this company accountable for their mistake.
But at the end of the day, the mistake was mine. I made the mistake of booking with eDreams.

The booking was straight forward, timing and excellent
I didn't get e-tickets like on other apps...

My experience with eDreams has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share this review on Trustpilot.
I booked a flight from Tel Aviv to Larnaca, expecting a smooth process. However, my troubles began immediately after booking. Despite paying, I never received confirmation for my outbound flight. I waited patiently, but as the departure date approached, my attempts to contact eDreams for information were fruitless.
After days of frustration, I reluctantly approved an alternative flight via their chat support. Shockingly, I never received a confirmation email for this new booking, which added to my growing anxiety.
On the day of departure, I discovered I wasn't registered for the alternative flight, forcing me to purchase new tickets at the airport, incurring unexpected expenses. To make matters worse, this wasn't an isolated incident, as another couple faced the same problem on the same flight.
I reached out to eDreams seeking compensation, but they have been unresponsive and unwilling to address their mistakes or provide any compensation.
My advice: Avoid eDreams at all costs. Their lack of communication, incompetence, and refusal to make amends are infuriating. My experience has been a nightmare, and I hope my review helps others steer clear of this company.
I mistakenly entered a wrong date on my return ticket vie with edreams and later decided to correct or change the date again. I was charged and pay the amount for the change but I later received a call from one of the team that my changes will not be possible but I was asked to pay from one of your worker so they will do the changes for me.
And before I choose you I read all what you can offer to customers and it spell out there that customers can request for a date change with a tag fee and which I have seen that it will not work but you are using it as a business strategy just to get more customers.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
