I RECEIVED AN UNATHORIZED CHARGE ON MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT EVER ENTER YOUR CARD INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE.
I PURCHASED A TICKET BACK IN SEPTEMBER THAT WAS CANCELLED. I STILL AM WAITING TILL THIS DAY TO GET A COMPLETE REFUND FROM ONE OF THE TICKETS THAT IS DUE. INSTEAD TODAY THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN WITHOUT MY CONSENT FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I bought 2 tickets, had to cancel due to an emergency and for one ticket the amount got refunded back to them while other got refunded back to my account. They have not refunded the amount till this date whatsoever. Scammers as i never used MSCD ********8841 to which the airline had refunded. They never seem to be responding or picking up the call. Only stalling till date.

I prepaid for a car for a 7pm pickup at Dulles Airport for 3 day rental. I got there at 730 p.m., found between 20 and 30 people waiting, no cars available. Waited 2.5hrs still no car. This was prepaid, so my car should have been there. Called them and was on the phone for another 45 minutes. They told me they couldn't do anything but would book me with another car rental. They told me, the total cost for a new rental was $190. I got to a new car rental location and they only booked me for one day. The original booking was for 3 days. The total cost for booking the new car for 3 days is $394. $ 204 more than my prepaid. And now they are refusing to get me a refund for my original booking. I travel a lot and so rent cars all the time. This is my worst experience ever.

Edreams, its shame on you to earn your money with fraud, i am struggling to end your bad services and i cant even delete my account! I bought eprime and discovered one month later that you are selling me tickets even more expensive than anonymous user! I called to cancel my account twice but they dont take any action. And keep funding me!

I have ticket to go back to Spain but I can't go back now. I have been trying to change my ticket and they are not letting me to do it even though I paid for a flexible ticket! They steal money from people, I paid a flexible ticket for nothing. Worst experience ever! Don't buy a flight ticket from them! EDREAMS ARE SCAM. I BOUGHT THE REFUNDABLE TICKETS, However they return only 50 percent of the full amount. Their customer service told us that they do not have refundable tickets at all. But on their website you can meet the option "Purchase refundable ticket". VERY poor service. Robbers! They do not care about their customers! Terrible company!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
