Still struggling with some check in issues.I received email saying update more details for check in. But when I click the link it goes back to square. I tried so many times nothing moving forward. Email I am receiving from e dreams. But could reach to a solution. Please check what exactly wrong with the check in. Cause I choose automatic check in by e dreams. Thanks

I used a lop of app for booking tickets but that one calling eDreams is the best and easy to use
Amazing customer service, time conscious everything was done within a shortest time.
In my booking, I paid for automatic check in... Then asked for more details to complete check in... And still didn't receive... It would be better if you do things faster and don't let people waiting unnecessarily...
I m still waiting for my refund of £400 they promised in an email.l was made to believe that l will get my money back on the 22nd of November 2023 but l called they yesterday talking about it they blocked my calls. Be careful when dealing with them

I bought flight tickets from Edreams.
My flights were cancelled by the Airline Company.
I must the get the refund trough Edreams.
I got a full refund of 342.90 USD from the Airline company
EDREAMs took from my money a service fee of 20% (68.51 USD)

I should read this review before i booked a flight with them, worse customer service ever i had to face with them even though i had to hear from there supervisor badge nb 110 she said Go to Hell I am not $#*!ing helping you. I booked a one-way trip through eDreams they charged my credit card with $659 after 2 days of waiting for confirmation when i called them they told me i have to pay $400 more So, I asked them to cancel the booking and refund my money the supervisor told me they will not refund me full amount it will be $200 or something. The lady was so rude so unprofessional you will not gonna talk to her second time. If the supervisor behavior is this bad think how worse the employees will be. I strongly recommend not to book a trip with them.

Felt hustled about having to join Prime.and then having only 3 moths before the subscription becomes payable. 1 year free would give more time ar a busy time of year.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
