We booked through Edreams, I was unable to check in before the flight. When we got to the airport, the airline charged us excess fees since we hadn't checked in. However, we spent hours trying to check in but were not able to and it was due to the Edreams booking. Edreams ended up costing us more money due to their booking and was very frustrating. There is no way to contact anyone to complain. Becareful!
So far a good experience with booking our trip from Auckland to Queenstown, New Zealand! Thank you.

We booked two tickets with dreams. The first, they changed the date of our flight to 3 days later and when we sent them a screenshot to prove the original date, flat out denied the validity of the evidence. Then when we tried to change a ticket — FOR WHICH WE HAD PAID MORE MONEY SO THATG IT WAS FLEXIBLE — they referred us to yet another third party booking system they had claimed to go through. That company denied dealing with edreams. Do not purchase through edeeams — it is a complete and total scam. Awful.

When I booked my ticket with edreams, there was no mention of the baggage allowance until after I had paid for my ticket ( I had assumed that it would be the allowance of Qatar Airways)
Speaking to you agents even after fill claim form no one has properly explained why when booking with your company. The baggage allowance should be much less than the airlines!
As a result I will not use edream again and will pass my experience on to others.

E-Dreams " ESTAFADORES"
El 7 de junio del 2023 le compré pasaje a empresa E-Deams, el vuelo era para el 22 de diciembre del 2023. Luego de un mes de mi compra, E-Dreams me avisa que se canceló un tramo del viaje y que si yo quería tenía derecho a reembolso. Pues han pasado 6 meses y no me han reembolsada nada. Según ley de España el que debe devolver el dinero es E-Dreams. La excusa de E-Dreams es que Aereolineas argentinas aún no les autoriza el reembolso. Esto es falso porque la ley es clara en esto, E-Dreams hace la devolución. Además eran dos personas que viajaban juntos, uno de ellos hizo su compra x expedía y recibió su reembolso a los 15 días, yo voy 6 meses. Les he llamado 6 veces y el trato es cordial, y se hacen los empaticos, en realidad te están tomando por idiota. Las 6 veces pedí para hablar con supervisor y la respuesta es que está reunido, otra mentira. Es una organización de estafadores. E-Dreams "ESTAFADORES"

I booked a two way flight to Las Vegas with you.
You sent me a letter, stating that the booking was successfull.
You deducted the payment.

All was good except the fact that after i buyed the ticket i didn`t can to do my check in.
The request of my check in was not found.
At the airport they put me to pay 48 euros, half of the price of the ticket.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
