It sucks! Don't book with them! In case of cancelation from airline companies, they are sending you back and forth to deal it it directly & fight with the third parties to get you money back. Basically low to no implication to support you!

I cant, believe how ripped off i got with E DREAMS.
Back in 30 of December i booked two tickets via E DREAMS for my trip to Athens= from Vilnius.
E dreams charged me the FULL amount but never actually give me any tickets because the plane was full.
They have asked from me to get in contact which i DID but there is no help from anyone on their site,
Worst customer, service i have ever experienced.
Full scam.
With that being said i actually had to pay AGAIN in order to take tickets the next day and of course, i've slept on the Airport floor.

On like other companies, eDreams look like a good different airline ticket company, but I can't say anything yet unless I use them.

Phone answered straight away when needed Adam was great and helpful
Last year, I booked a flight ticket through them, but somehow, in doing so, I unwittingly accepted a subscription—perhaps hidden in the Terms and Conditions or through some unclear method of signing up without awareness.
Now, I'm attempting to contact them for a refund because I haven't utilized the service, but I can't seem to reach them. Their phone number is inactive, and they don't entertain inquiries unless you have an active booking. It's frustratingly well-crafted. I've witnessed numerous people fall victim to this scam.
I strongly advise against using this company; it's untrustworthy!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
