Too complicated for a title.

There is no indication of when I'll get my ticket.
There is a complication with my names. This has been incorrectly fed to Lufthansa so that instead of 2 first names, Lufthansa has me registered as Zoecharlotte Wicomb. I correctly entered my names on your form, Zoe Charlotte Wicomb as written in my passport.
I WONT BE ABLE TO TRAVEL WITH A NAME ON MY TICKET THAT DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH THAT IN MY PASSPORT. PLease attend to this immediately. There is no facility on your website to alert you to this worrying problem.

Untruthful and unreliable

Two weeks ago, we requested an invoice for our canceled trip, which we submitted through the eDreams application. And contacting customer service and posting a review, we didnt receive a single invoice after 16 days. In my experience, eDreams appears to be the least responsible company I've encountered, as they have not fulfilled their promise and seem untruthful and unreliable.
