Do not purchase anything from eDreams. This company has a shady way of conducting business which a search on the internet will show up many many bad reviews, especially regarding the hidden prime subscription. It is not worth it for the few bucks saving as you will lose more money to them after that through their deliberate scamming.
They refuse to refund me for the subscription and now I have to ask my bank to block my card for investigation for this unauthorized transaction.
Very bad experience with this company. EDreams Prime annual subscription was despicably hidden when I made payment for airticket and i was unknowingly signed up for the Prime program. I was directed to the eDreams payment page after searching and clicking the search result on google flights. It was not made known to me during payment that I have been subscribed to Prime. They made unauthorized charging of the annual subscription of 95sgd to my credit card without even notifying me. I called them to ask for refund many times and they refused even though the terms and conditions said I can cancel and ask for refund within 14 days from the start of the subscription term. From online reviews, many people have experienced this unauthorised charging of subscription. EDreams operating in this way is totally unethical and should be investigated by police and authority.

Not very clear if we had check in and carry on luggage (believe we only have check in) and weight not specified.
Details on checking in and boarding passes not clear and presume that is due to the long time before we fly. However given that it is a family reunion with family coming from three continents it would have been good to have some reassurances.
Had to pay for seats-on a long haul-really! And could only book one of our six flights.
Not sure if checking in is through eDreams or the airline.

Booking was very simple, I was just a bit concerned because after my booking I got an email from the airline my ticket went through saying that the booking wasn't completed. Luckily it was just a system error so I called them and got things straightened out. My only concern was that maybe sometimes between eDreams and the airlines things don't always connect right.
It is so easy to use, I would definitely recommend to use this services. They have the best discounts in the market

My interaction with the customer service reps is excellent - i was however concerned when the first leg of my flight was cancelled - and so had to rebook - i am awaiting a refund for that flight
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
