Awful experience

Signed up for prime account but prime discount wasn't applied and was charged $120.00 extra than the actual price shown.
Reserved flight to Cairo Egypt but received email saying flight was to Houston.
Flight is on July 26, received email
today, July 17 prompting me to checkin for flight to Houston?
Worst customer service with long hold time and no effort to resolve issues. When asked for supervisor was told supervisor can't help you and refused to connect me to one.

Cancellation of membership

Dear edreams,

I've tried to contact you, but so far without success. Yesterday I cancelled my membership, which was created under very unclear conditions.

I cancelled the membership the moment I found out it had been created. Due to the fact that I have not used your membership for even one day I expect all my membership payments to be refunded. Otherwise I will have to contact the supervisory authorities in Slovakia and Spain.

DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THEM

This travel agency is SUCH A SCAM. First of all, don't accept their free trial, they give you the runaround when you try to cancel. Second, they REFUSE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL FLIGHTS. FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING MEDICAL. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, PERIOD. Take your business elsewhere. They have AWFUL customer service. They just want your money and once they have your money, they don't care anymore. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AT ALL EVER.
