After going through the booking process and confirming the price of my ticket i got a message saying the airlines had increased the price by a further £100 plus which was within minutes of me trying to book it. I believe that all third party companies like yourselves do the same everytime just to get more money from the customer. Im not happy about it
I had very bad experience, the website didn't accept to pay with American express in first place so on same day I bought my tkts with airline directly and by my big surprise this company charge me the tickets next day without my approval and I complained and only they refunded part of the total and now passed already 12 days since my last call and still they are saying because an error they didn't refund the total, I feel they stole from me not only money if not as well my time.
Just dealing with them take so long and they are saying sorry but it is not enough and still not processing the refund.
I will mention this experience to all people I know and for sure not use this company anymore.

Too many extra fees after original price, it was 220$ and after all kinds of extras over $300
I was unable to find a means of ordering special assistance at the airports, perhaps because i started with the Easyjet site.

I bought a trip through eDreams. Got confirmation for the wrong hotel. For 2 days I had to be in the wrong hotel, lost two days of holiday. Can thank the kind Turks who moved us where we were supposed to. Had to call eDreams as a "VIP" customer, on a "free line" Today I received a bill for the two calls, for approximately 300 euros. I am very dissatisfied with scammers from eDreams. I want to cancel my VIP (Prime) membership, but have to call again. I can't find an e-mail I can send to eDreams to cancel the membership on. MUST call them and it will cost me another 100-200 euros. Impossible to cancel the membership!

First my order and flight booking were cancelled, lucky I had no time to look for a new flight because the next day out of the blue my flight was suddenly booked. I could have booked a new flight in the meantime. Then the app and website don t work properly as my booking was not visible for another half a day. I also still didnt get an anwer on how to cancel prime.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
