Good flights but the website is confusing - offering so many add on options I don't want. The advertised price is not the real price. Everything costs a little bit more, e.g. suddenly being told I have to pay another £7 something each unless I sign up for Prime. So I did, because it said it was possible to cancel it online. That is a lie - it is NOT. There is no option to do that, you have to call a number.

The advisor was very professional and attentive. She is knowledgeable in her work and guided me through the process of booking my ticket. She thoroughly explained all the types of insurance and coverage that come with my ticket, including the premium and different insurance options. I have been using eDreams for less than a year. I booked several flights and several hotels. I booked the flights because they combine airline operators, provide a large selection of alternatives, and with Prime the prices are sometimes the most favorable. I booked the hotels because they were cheaper than other platforms. Although their selection of hotels is somewhat smaller, all the ones I booked were of good quality. I am satisfied with the reservations in the first year of Prime membership.
