I tried to add 10kg hand bag but the payment wouldn't go through via the app and website then I called agents he tried from his side and didn't work. Basically problem with website. I am supposed to travel in two days time and the problem hasn't been solved yet.

I called yesterday and was on the line for thirty minutes to change my flight. They confirmed that the change was made for Nov 28, but I still haven't received any flight information.

It was easy to get a good overview of the various flight options.
What was not so clear was the costs of the flights with Easy Jet. The confirmed a lower price than what I payed and it was not obious out of their confrimation whether or not the additional luggage was booked or not.
I am satisfied with the steps and hopefully, it will be completed like that and keep following up to the end. I will give 5 stars upon finishing my trip

The service was great, it was easy and simple and now I'm very happy.
Booked a flight from rochester ny to Raleigh nc, immediately got my details and boarding pass after checking in, flight got delayed due to maintainamce issues by 45 minutes but other than that everything was great. Haven't got on the plane at the time of writing this but hopefully we don't crash because this w o old be a very embarrassing 5 star review if we did.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
