Not happy,bad experience

A flight was delayed and then the landing was cancelled. I know that can always happen, but when almost nothing is explained to passengers either from the pilot or the employees on board then it is very poor service...Just free water on board and everyone should be happy. Happy New Year

Misleading Pricing and Baggage Claims

I used this service to buy airline tickets because they advertised significant discounts compared to the airline's website. After purchasing, I checked directly with the airline and found the price was exactly the same.

Additionally, the ticket was shown to include carry-on baggage, but I later had to pay extra for it.

I was calling to ask eDreams about booking I made I suppose to have a 90 voucher customer assistance say I used this already but when I purchased my booking I get 66 pounds discount I didn't get 90 pounds discount customer assistance said they going to send invoice to me I didn't receive any invoice
