So hard to book a flight with you, I'm not a technical lady and it took me all day to do this, only to have no clue if I'm going on 17 of Apr and how I'm going to go in Amsterdam when I get there I'm really mad, anxious and scared I'm going to get lost somewhere

This is the first time I book a plane with this app and despite I chosed the option to change flights, when I tried to do it by phone, the agent told me I must change both flights but I only want to change the go flight no the return... so I have to keep what I had first chosen.
